Cancel 21 or more days ahead for a full refund (less $35), a free transfer, or store credit that never expires.

7–21 Days Notice

Free Transfer

We'll move your booking to any available future date at no charge. One complimentary transfer per booking.

Within 7 Days

Transfer If Possible

Contact us right away. A transfer is possible only if your spot is filled from our waitlist.

No-Show

Fees Forfeit

Materials are prepared for every student. Absence without notice results in forfeiture of fees.

If We Cancel

Covered Either Way

If SSG cancels a class, you receive a full refund to your original payment or free rescheduling.
